With NetManage proactive IT support, they bring even more. We had a somewhat reactive relationship with PTS and it was a strategic decision to move from a Time and Materials relationship to their proactive NetManage program. As an international organization, we could not afford downtime. We wanted PTS to proactively watch over our network infrastructure on a 24/7 basis. We felt that technology is too important to us not to have this.

Also, their NetManage program has allowed us to lower downtime, lower business risk and increase our employees productivity. One of the additional benefits to their NetManage program is that they actively take the role of Chief Information Officer. They have helped us with disaster recovery plans and consistently discover ways to help us be more efficient, more effective and more productive.
